B2B Chauffeur Work: Corporate Accounts, Invoicing, and Reporting
6 min readTransvoraa Team

Corporate clients book more often and cancel less, but they expect consolidated invoices, cost centers, and clean reporting. Here is how to set that up as a small operator.
Structure the account before the first trip
- One client record per company, with named bookers underneath
- Agreed rates per route or per hour, stored on the account
- Cost center or reference field captured at booking time
- Payment terms in writing: net 15 or net 30
Monthly invoicing that gets paid
- One consolidated invoice per account, itemized by trip and date
- Each line shows passenger, route, and the client's own reference
- Send on a fixed day each month — predictability speeds approval
Reports worth sending to the client
- Trips and spend per cost center
- On-time performance for the period
- Top routes, so the client can negotiate a fixed rate
