Corporate Account Billing for Chauffeur and Private Hire Operators

Month end produces one consolidated invoice
Every completed trip on the account is rolled into one invoice, optionally split by department or cost centre, with the PO printed on each line.

Net-30 terms and AR ageing track the money
Terms are set per account. The ageing view shows what is current, 30, 60 and 90 days out, so chasing happens before the quarter closes.
