Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 3, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what information Transvoraa collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It applies to Transvoraa.com, the booking and dispatch platform, and related communications.

1. Information we collect

We collect information in three ways:

  • Account information you provide: name, company, email, phone, and fleet size
  • Booking data: passenger names, contact details, pickup and drop-off addresses, flight numbers, and PO references entered by you or your passengers
  • Usage and device data: pages visited, approximate location, browser type, and identifiers collected via cookies and analytics

2. How we use information

We use the information to:

  • Operate reservations, dispatch, live tracking, and invoicing
  • Respond to demo and quote requests and schedule meetings
  • Send service updates, trial reminders, and billing notices
  • Measure site performance and improve the product (Google Analytics)
  • Prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents

3. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies (authentication, security) and, with your consent, analytics cookies (Google Analytics) to understand how the site is used.

When you first visit, a cookie banner lets you accept or decline analytics cookies. You can change your choice at any time by clearing site data in your browser and revisiting.

We do not use advertising cookies and we do not sell personal data.

4. Who we share data with

We share data only with the processors needed to run the service:

  • Cloud hosting and database (Lovable Cloud infrastructure)
  • Email delivery for booking notifications and lead enquiries
  • Google Calendar, only when you request a demo slot
  • Google Analytics, only after cookie consent

5. Data retention and security

Account and booking data is retained while your account is active. Lead-form data is kept for up to 24 months. You may request deletion at any time.

We use encryption in transit, access controls, and row-level security to protect your data. No method of transmission is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.

6. Your rights

Depending on your location (including the UK and EU/EEA), you may have the right to access, correct, export, restrict, or delete your personal data, and to object to processing.

Passengers: the operator who took your booking is the data controller for your trip data — contact them first. We will assist operators with any request.

7. International transfers and children

Data may be processed in countries other than your own, with appropriate safeguards in place. The platform is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

8. Changes and contact

We may update this policy; the 'last updated' date will change and material updates will be announced. Contact us at the email below with any privacy question or request.
