Terms of Service

1. The service

Transvoraa provides booking, dispatch, live trip tracking, corporate account billing, and invoicing software for taxi, limo, chauffeur, private hire, and airport transfer operators.

We may update features over time. We will not materially reduce the functionality of a paid plan during an active subscription term without notice.

2. Accounts and trials

You must provide accurate company and contact information when registering. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your credentials confidential.

New accounts include a 14-day free trial. At the end of the trial, continued access requires a paid subscription at the plan rate shown at checkout.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance per the pricing shown at the time of purchase. Setup fees are one-time charges; subscription fees recur until cancelled.

You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for unlawful transportation activity or to violate local licensing rules
• Upload malicious code, spam, or content you have no right to use
• Attempt to access other operators' data or disrupt the service
• Resell access to the platform without written permission

5. Your data

You retain ownership of your reservations, customer, and invoice data. You grant us the rights needed to store and process that data solely to operate the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

You are the data controller for your passengers' personal data and are responsible for having a lawful basis to process it.

6. Availability and liability

We target high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Transvoraa is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or lost bookings arising from use of the platform.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms. On termination you may request an export of your reservation and invoice data within 30 days.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
