Refund Policy

We want Transvoraa to be the right fit before you pay anything. This policy explains how trials, cancellations, and refunds work.
1. 14-day free trial
Every new account starts with a full-featured 14-day free trial. No payment method is required to start, and you are never charged automatically when the trial ends — you choose to subscribe.
2. 30-day money-back guarantee on setup fees
One-time setup fees (for example the $399 Starter tier) are refundable within 30 days of payment if the platform does not meet your needs. Email us from your account address and we will process the refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.
3. Subscription payments
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and remain active until the end of the paid period. Monthly fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
Annual subscriptions are refundable pro-rata within the first 60 days; after that, cancellation stops future renewals.
4. When we can't offer a refund
Refunds are not available for:
- Accounts terminated for breach of the Terms of Service
- Partial months of use after the money-back window
- Third-party costs you incurred (for example card processing fees from your own Stripe account)
5. How to request a refund
Email the address below from the email on your account with your company name and the payment date. We confirm receipt within 2 business days and resolve requests within 10 business days.
Nothing in this policy limits any statutory rights you have under applicable consumer law, including UK consumer protection regulations.
