Switching from Limo Anywhere Without Losing a Booking

Built for US and UK operators running 1–25 vehicles with corporate accounts. Most migrations take two weeks end to end, including a full parallel week where nothing depends on the new system yet.

The five-step migration

  1. 1

    Export your data

Reservations, customers, corporate accounts, drivers, vehicles, and rate tables come out of Limo Anywhere as CSV. We tell you exactly which exports to run.

  2. 2

    We rebuild your pricing

Zone rates, hourly as-directed minimums, airport surcharges, gratuity rules, and account-specific rates are recreated and tested against your last 20 real invoices.

  3. 3

    Corporate accounts move first

PO number fields, net-30 terms, billing contacts, and cost-centre references are set up before anything else, because that is where your revenue lives.

  4. 4

    Parallel week

You run both systems for one week. New bookings go into Transvoraa; anything already on the Limo Anywhere calendar plays out there.

  5. 5

    Cut over and cancel

Once the parallel week closes clean, your website booking form points at Transvoraa and you cancel the old subscription.

Corporate billing you keep

  • PO number captured at booking and printed on every invoice.
  • Net-30 account terms for hotel, law-firm, and corporate clients.
  • Hourly as-directed charters with minimums and overage rules.
  • Consolidated monthly statements per account, per cost centre.

This is the workflow most alternatives skip. See how it compares in our LimoExpress comparison.

When not to switch

  • A third or more of your work arrives as GNet farm-ins.
  • You are inside your busiest four weeks of the year — move in a shoulder month instead.
  • Nobody on your team can spend two hours a day during the parallel week.
